Founder Gisele Esther has a natural inclination to service and giving, one that generates self-accomplishment by helping others through her own gifts. Before understanding the power behind her own name, Gisele would simply feel identified with "G" and never incorporated the rest of her name "Esther". At one point during her training process she entered into a state of higher consciousness where the profoundness of her full name was evident to her.

So as Gisele advanced through her own inner discovery process, she came to the realization of the significance of the Esther a word that means star or light in other languages. The name in itself is also derived from the name Ishtar, one of the first goddesses of love both in Mesopotamia and other ancient cultures. This deity was also associated with joy, abundance, perseverance, war and justice. 

Gisele Esther evolves to Gishtar where all these personal and spiritual values blend for the service of others, providing a light and assisting them in the activation of their internal vitality.
